Where it Started....
Hi there! I'm Karen Goulding, the founder of Happy You Wellness. As a woman who has navigated the challenges and joys of life, I understand the unique needs and desires of women like us.
My journey into the world of wellness started when I realized that true beauty and happiness come from within. Over the years, I've explored the importance of body care, studied the magic of nutrition and more recently became interested in the rejuvenation of wellness travel and experiences.
I also love the power of crystals and the soothing embrace of candles and home scents to enhance any self-care routine.

My own transformation inspired me to create this sanctuary for women who are seeking to rediscover their inner radiance and well-being. Having worked as a Wellness Consultant for a number of years, along with my new found knowledge and passion for self-care and mindfulness, I am excited about sharing my knowledge and expertise to help you embark on your own wellness journey.
